Atlanta Business Chronicle highlights Atlanta Galleria leasing news in its current issue! In case you haven’t seen the newspaper yet, Marriott International Inc. signed a 16,000-square-foot lease at Galleria 400.
Connie Engel, a partner at Childress Klein, had this to say about Atlanta Galleria's new tenant: "I am thrilled to bring this blue-chip company to Atlanta Galleria Office Park. We have a lot of leading companies here, and Marriott is another great addition.
"Tenants really recognize that being at Atlanta Galleria adds value to their businesses. ”
The Marriott news follows several high-profile renewals at Atlanta Galleria. Digital Insurance renewed for 32,000 square feet at Galleria 400, Bank of America renewed for 24,000 square feet at Galleria 300 and Freeman Mathis & Gary added 10,000 square feet (for a total of 40,000 square feet) at Galleria 100.
