Dinner Theatre in Cobb. The Art Place is bringing dinner theatre to Marietta with its presentation of “Bedside Manners,” a comedic play about a man who agrees to watch his sister’s English countryside inn for the weekend and hatches a plan to turn a profit from it.
On Thursday, Feb. 21 and Friday, Feb. 22, The Art Place will offer 8 p.m. showings with coffee and desserts. Appetizers, dinner and wine will be served at the Saturday, Feb. 23, show, which starts at 6:30 p.m.

Find your rhythm. The Chattahoochee Nature Center in Roswell is holding a special event this Saturday called “Rhythm, Rocks and Roots,” which examines the intersection between music and nature.
The family-friendly event takes place between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and consists of various activities. The schedule is as follows:
- Winter Scavenger Hunt — all day long
- The Art of Noise, an exploration of noise created from ordinary objects — 11 a.m. to noon
- Nature Exchange, a chance to try instruments made from naturally found objects — 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Rock and Read Story Time — 3 p.m.
- Campfire with hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows — 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

How High Can You Jump? Sky Zone is celebrating its grand opening in Kennesaw this Saturday, Feb. 23.
The indoor trampoline park features the country’s longest open-jump trampoline court, according to the Kennesaw Patch. The park will also feature 3-D dodgeball, SkyRobics fitness classes and three basketball slam-dunk courts.

Do-It-Herself. The Home Depot in Kennesaw is hosting a Pinterest-inspired workshop this Thursday, Feb. 21, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The workshop focuses on creating a mirror frame using mosaic tiles.
